Before any new activity, event, or area of work begins at Middle World Farms, a risk assessment helps us identify hazards, evaluate the level of risk, and put appropriate control measures in place. Please complete all sections clearly. Your submission will be reviewed by our Designated Safeguarding Lead before the activity proceeds.
